Return policy
You have the right to return the goods within 30 days of receiving the package.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition as it was delivered – unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
To start the return procedure, you must first contact us at: info@varsoviamoda.com and send:
- Order number
- Product(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product
- Your full name and delivery address
After verifying the claim, our customer service department will provide the correct return address along with further instructions.
Returns sent without prior contact or to an address other than the one provided by us will not be accepted and will not entitle you to a refund.

Damages and complaints
Please carefully check the package immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To consider your claim, please send a brief description of the issue along with clear photos of the product. After verifying the claim, we will assess the situation and propose an appropriate solution according to the store's current policy.
Exceptions – non-returnable products
We do not accept returns of made-to-order or personalized products. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before making a purchase.
Exchange
The easiest way to exchange a product is to return it and place a new order after the return is approved.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will inform you whether the return has been accepted. If accepted, the funds will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to be processed by the bank or card operator.

Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide ready-made return labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
