Shipping policy
This policy applies to the Varsovia Moda store and aims to clearly present our delivery terms. Please read the following information carefully before placing an order.

Important shipping information

  • Delivery costs: Free shipping within Poland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the Czech Republic

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days for quality control

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days after order processing is complete

Shipping details
We currently deliver within Poland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the Czech Republic. All orders are shipped via registered mail, ensuring safe and trackable transport.

The total delivery time from order placement to package delivery usually takes 8 to 13 business days.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please take clear photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible.

To report a problem, send an email to info@varsoviamoda.com, providing:

  • Order number

  • Description of the problem

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrectly delivered product

We will promptly find an appropriate solution.

Order cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase.

Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
After delivery, a return request can be made in accordance with this policy.

Delivery delays
During periods of increased traffic (e.g., holidays), deliveries may be delayed. If your order has not arrived within 3 additional business days after the scheduled date, please contact us.

Order fulfillment and cutoff times

  • Orders placed by 5:00 PM (GMT +1) Monday to Friday are processed the same day

  • Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or holidays are processed on the next business day

Failed delivery or incorrect address

If the order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided during the order placement:

We can arrange reshipment after receiving the package back to our warehouse and confirming the correct address, or

Offer store credit as a goodwill gesture, depending on the condition of the returned products.

If returned products are not in their original condition, a value reduction may be applied.
